Good things are happening at Howard

As Pennsylvania continues to open up, two of our mixed-use multi-family projects are quickly moving into the construction phase. Seeing footings poured for our 45-unit mixed-use project on Howard St in Francisville was a welcome sign of the beginnings of a return to some new form of normalcy.

This building is sited among a cluster of warehouses many of which have been repurposed for apartments or artist’s studios. In designing it, we were mindful of maintaining the block’s architectural fabric, while updating and refining the design language through careful calibration of massing, proportions and surface texture.

"Stanev Potts did the design work here, and the rendering below shows industrial influence, but a fun contemporary touch with the angled corner."
