one man's trash...

Marcel Duchamp designed a catalogue for a 1953 exhibition at the Sidney Janis Gallery. In total, 212 works are listed along with four essays. Duchamp instructed that the catalogues should be crumpled prior to distribution, another critique of what he called the "seriousness" of art.
