STRICKLAND COURT / CONCIERGE – LOBBY RENOVATION

SPA was engaged to reimagine the 1,400 square foot Strickland Court Lobby and Concierge Suite, a space that had gradually become overwhelmed by increased package volume, improvised storage, and unclear circulation. The renovation seeks to restore order and elevate the daily experience for residents, visitors, and staff by reorganizing the fundamental layout while introducing a calm, contemporary architectural character.​

The selected layout was refined through extensive collaboration with residents and building management, ensuring that operational concerns and daily use patterns directly shaped the final design. As construction progresses, SPA continues to coordinate materials, millwork, lighting, and MEP integration to deliver a space that brings lasting organizational clarity and a renewed sense of arrival to Strickland Court.
