Conversion and rehabilitation of a 1920’s era five story terra-cotta clad building into eight two-bedroom units. This building, purpose-built by the Odd Fellows, will see new life in a joint venture with the original  owning entity and a local developer, allowing a long languishing turn-of-the-century architectural gem to be lovingly restored and re-purposed for the future.
