A investment partnership seeking to establish a national chain of boutique hotels for young professional travelers selected Stanev Potts to lead a team to study the programmatic, structural, and financial feasibility of various build-out strategies on a site in Old City.  Rapid massing iterations with different bed counts and room types and a structural analysis of the existing buildings on site resulted in multiple schemes that could then undergo construction cost and schedule modeling in order to determine the best way forward.
