Project Architect – Stanev Potts Architects Corp. (Philadelphia, PA):

Plan, document, and coordinate campus, institutional, mixed-use and single-family projects, integrate consultant input, prepare permit-ready packages, and support construction administration (CA) while meeting schedule, budget, code requirements and quality standards under the supervision of senior staff

Produce coordinated Pre-Design/ Schematic Design (SD)/ Design Development (DD)/ Construction Documentation (CD) documents.

Prepare permit documentation consistent with applicable codes and regulations with code summaries embedded in the set.

Perform programming/test-fit studies and adjacency/circulation diagrams.

Be involved in multi-stakeholder engagement.

Execute pre-issue QA/QC reviews for sheet organization, dimensions, keynotes, cross-references, and detail consistency.

Develop diagram sets, renderings, presentation boards, and other visual communication deliverables aligned with the with Building Information Model (BIM)/3D model for presentations.

Coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), AV/IT, and core-and-shell requirements with the architectural scope, with input from senior staff.
Must hold a Master’s degree in Architecture plus 3 years of experience as an intern architect or related experience. Must hold or be eligible for Pennsylvania Registered Architect license. Must have professional experience in campus/institutional and mixed-use architecture which should include SD, DD, CD, and CA, as well as BIM/3D (Revit and Rhino), V-Ray, Enscape, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat), Bluebeam, physical modeling via laser cutting, 3D printing.
