Because our work bridges the vast scale between highly customized and luxuriously detailed single family residences, and large multi-unit buildings with state of the art program amenities (with features like screening rooms, lounges, roof top swimming pools, etc) as well as extensive hotel work, we are able to translate experience from all those project types and scales, and apply lessons learned across them.  This means that our mulit-family clients gain the value of our experience in high end luxury space planning and in how individuals, couples and families actually want to lay out their homes, while our custom home clients gain the benefit of our deep knowledge of furnishings, fixtures, and space planning experience.  Every project becomes a unique solution to its specific context and project variables, at any scale.  Location, current market and lifestyle trends, the particular needs of a given client given their aspirations for how they envision the results, all come together in solutions that reflect each projects goals and aspirations.  We listen carefully, do our research, design and refine our concepts, and stay involved in the construction phase to assure the end results meets the high level of design and finish intent we developed.

 

We are also frequently brought on board early in the process, to look at potential sites, analyze their strengths and constraints, do brief or extensive feasibility studies, programming, test fits, and even renderings of potential projects, all to help clients understand potential sites and configurations that offer the most efficient and successful built out scenarios, before or after acquisition.
