On a 9,000 SF site with two significant 1700s era existing structures, we worked extensively with the historical commission staff and board members to verify the maximum about of gross square footage that could be built on the parcel. This work, along with schematic work showing various apartment mixes, allowed the client to create a realistic value of the property, and helped them make a decision about parcel acquisition.


During a due diligence period, Stanev Potts worked to identify a workable development project given extremely challenging historical constraints.
